Download horicatcher software
IDL Virtual Machine
Before using the horictacher software you need to install the IDL runtime environment. Download the file "idl71win32_setup.exe" and run the file. Install as a "virutal machine" without entering a password (answer the question "Do you want torun the license application now?" with "no).
After installation run the file "idl711patch_setup32.exe" to update to version 7.1.1.
IDL does not need to be run in full or demo mode. Without license it runs as a runtime "virtual" machine in the background.
