Meteotest launches version 7 of the global meteorological database meteonorm
Bern – At the Intersolar 2012 fair in Munich, Meteotest presents the new version 7 of the global meteorological database meteonorm for the first time to a broad audience. The new version offers its users a strongly extended data base with meanwhile 8'300 weather stations world-wide as well as satellite data for remote areas. Additionally, the new version of the software includes a completely new and professional user interface which allows the user to get the desired results in a fast and intuitive way. Finally, new features such as information on the site-specific uncertainty and Climate Change scenarios were implemented. Therewith, Meteotest extends its position as a globally leading provider of weather data for solar applications.
